Our Policy
Manufacturer's warranty on all products. Rdm performance own brand products come with a minimal 1 year warranty. A lot of our products come with a lifetime warranty.
SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
All orders placed will be shipped in 1-2Â working days.
Free uk delivery on orders over £120. Our current delivery service is DPD next working day, we also use TNT & FEDEX for some non stock items. Where stated, some products may take 5-7 days to arrive. International delivery is available but please contact us first for a delivery quote.
Any order can be canceled before it is dispatched.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If any products arrive damaged in transit please take photos and contact us within 24hrs.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
